Pirtek required a solution that would enable the creation and management of individual franchise territories, to support growth across the UK network at a local level.
Franchise territories within the UK are defined using a combination of Postcode and physical boundaries such as roads, rail and rivers. Therefore, the chosen solution needed to be able to create individual territories using all of these bounding geographies.
Pirtek also required the ability to interpret and feed back individual franchise performance against key indicators such as sales, service and response times.
The Geoplan GeoAnalyser Mapping Software System with business data sourced by individual Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code.
The Geoplan GeoAnalyser System is a powerful tool, capable of customisation and handling a variety of datasets. It also provides Pirtek with the ability to produce a wide range of reports, specific to each individual franchise.
