We are actively seeking to expand our team by recruiting for the following positions:

Account Manager (Customer Service, Sales & Marketing) 

This role is an ideal opportunity for a high calibre graduate to develop in an Account Management role.

Purpose of Role:

First point of contact for inbound customer enquiries (both new and existing), focussed on the provision of excellent customer service, in line with our stated service levels.
Emphasis is on accurate and timely response to customer enquiries, with the ability to assess the customer requirement from an analysis of the current situation and to identify the relevant solution. This ability requires application and technical expertise together with thorough product and service knowledge.

Responsible for:

Achievement of agreed service levels through high level customer service and achievement of specific performance targets at both team and individual level in line with the business plan.
Thorough understanding of our business offer and the ability to translate our customers' business issues and identify appropriate solutions.

Main Duties:

Respond to all inbound customer enquiries (standard and non-standard sales).
Demand generation activity in line with business plan initiatives.
Account Management calls and visits to ESP customers
Account Manager role within a project team

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Self-managing with strong initiative and discipline
Desire and committment to pursue a professional development path (e.g. Chartered Institute of Marketing)

Full training will be provided.
