Geoplan Postcode boundary data has long been held as the industry standard and justifiably so. The data is core component in UK focused mapping systems and when linked with Royal Mail's Postal Address File, delivers accurate and detailed location and address information.

The use of the Postcode system also enables the geographic location of any address based database. This "geocoded" data can be used in a variety of applications within the host system, be it desktop, server or web based. Geoplan data can be provided in all current GIS formats and projections.

Specific Geoplan mapping systems have been developed to deliver simple functionality for linking to other database delivery products. Thus adding further value to a typically table-based view of data.
