A supplier and servicer of portable fire extinguishing products with over 70 years' experience in the fire protection industry.
THE PROBLEM...
The number of extinguishers held
in stock constantly fluctuated due to customers cancelling service contracts and new business being won. A system that would allow the client to manage these changes easily was required.
The target was to maintain a set number of extinguishers for any given engineer to service in the course of a year. This was based on 30 engineers working in a given territory.
THE SOLUTION...
