Geoplan’s new online ESP Area gives clients instant access to help and support
for their software and data issues. For quick answers to queries, Geoplan still
operates their local rate telephone support, which gives ESP clients direct
access to the Geoplan Support Team, who deal with client issues immediately.
The new File Exchange Area allows files to be transferred between the Geoplan
Support Team and you. If you have a software or data issue that requires Geoplan to work
on a particular file, you can simply upload the file to Geoplan via the File
Exchange Area. It also allows Geoplan to upload repaired files for you to
download and use.
The online Help Desk is a regularly updated bank of FAQs, which provides a quick
and easy reference to help you find answers to the most common questions. If you
have ever thought. "What does that mean?" or, "How can I...?",
then the new online Help Desk can assist you with finding the answers. You can
also call the Support Team for fast, one-to-one assistance.
If you are in need of support, you now have the option to submit a Ring Back
Request via the online ESP Area. At the click of a button you can notify Geoplan
that you require assistance and receive help quickly and efficiently.
