At Geoplan, we want you to be delighted every time you purchase from us.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our Sales team immediately on +44(0)1423 569538 or at sales@geoplan.com.

Our immediate concern is to resolve your issues as soon as possible and ensure that you are fully satisfied with your product. We do recognise that from time to time we may not be able to meet your requirements and in these instances, you may want to return items to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any Geoplan product, you may return it within 14 days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The product should be in its original condition, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact).

We will ask you to complete a Customer Returns form so that we can capture your comments and use them for making future improvements to our products or service levels. We will also provide you with a Freepost address to direct your return to.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. If you are returning the item to us for any other reason, we may ask you to cover the costs of delivery. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

You can always return items if they are defective.

We value all customer comments and feedback and we are committed to continuously improving our products and service levels to meet our customers’ requirements.

If you wish to make a complaint, you can be assured that your comments will be taken seriously and that you will receive an immediate response either the same day, or next working day.

If we need more time to investigate the issue, we will advise you accordingly and let you know when you can expect our full response.

All customer complaints are escalated to the highest level as a matter of course and become an immediate priority.
