As more and more customers have experienced the benefits and enhanced functionality for themselves, we have been receiving feedback and we thought that it would be useful to share it.

With the kind permission from Vince Hodges Inspectorate Information Analyst for RSPCA, we are pleased to outline just one example of how the Reporting Module can make a difference;

RSPCA has worked with Geoplan for 2003 using GeoAnalyser solution supported by the Distribution Module, Geoplan Pro Unit Boundaries, Census Data and the Geoplan Reporting Module as the core solution to achieve our objectives.

The RSPCA solution ensures that the Inspectorate and Branch areas can be defined and updated where required. This is particularly useful where field officers have upgraded staff to complete different types of work which by default changes the scope of the inspectorate areas.

The Reporting Module is a recent edition which has offered significant productivity gains. The previous process to design a new inspectorate group required 1-2 hours actual design plus 1-2 hours to create the output.

The Reporting Module has essentially removed much of this time thus representing a saving of 2-3 Man Weeks per annum to deliver the same benefit.
