Software Development Update

As the first phase of SKiN Development comes to a close, we are busy coordinating the staged release of the systems.

As per information provided earlier in the year, the release will encompass three core elements:

• The New System with its new Interface.
• The Postcode Release 50 Update (R50).
• A new delivery method via the new Geoplan website.

The intention is to release all of these items together to improve the experience of the product and the process by which content can be accessed. The overriding objective is to minimise the disruption and impact on our customers, and to aid in this process, we can assure you of the following;

• We will provide telephone support during the transition.
• You can continue to run your current software in parallel with the new product.
• You are able to move files created in your current software to the new product.

Release dates are being communicated at present and we are working hard to meet respective timeframes. Acknowledging how keen we are to show you the results of the development over the last three years, you can be reassured that we will not release until we are;

• Fully satisfied with the quality of the product.
• Fully satisfied with our ability to provide support with the download process.

As always we would appreciate all feedback as your new SKiN product arrives over the coming months; and we look forward to providing details of further enhancements as we proceed through 2011.
