- Will the new system cost me more?
For existing maintained ESP customers, the new product is
included as part of the current support package. Lapsed
customers will be offered a “rescue” package and new
customers can start with either subscription or pay per use.
- Can I move from ESP to pay per use?
Yes – but you will find that the current ESP subscription will
deliver better value if you use the system more than one hour
per week.
- Can my existing system be run in parallel with the new
system to aid transition?
Yes.
- If I choose to continue using the existing system alongside,
can I still receive Support?
Yes - we plan to provide additional support for 6 months
- Will I need more training on the new system?
No - Manuals and Podcasts/Demos will be available.
- Can I use my current maps and files in the new system?
Yes.
- Is the new system compatible with Microsoft XP, Vista and
7?
Yes.
- Will the system require a different PC Spec?
No.
