
Customer Responses To Survey
You may recall that we requested some feedback in our Summer Newsletter and as a thank you; we advised that the first three respondents would receive a Bettys Treat. As always, we kept our promise and those customers received a Teatime Treats Gift Box from Bettys of Harrogate.
The feedback is detailed below and we are thrilled to hear that we are performing well. We also received valuable direction in terms of improvement areas and these comments have been actioned as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.

What would add the most value?
"End User instructions. As a technical company, we find your products easy to use. We also find they do not generate any errors or compatibility issues. End user companies with simple CRM systems, might benefit from more instructions for implementation and use."
