Geoplan Awarded Three Year Contract To Deliver The Polygons Element Of Ordnance Survey Code-Point With Polygons®

We are delighted to announce that Geoplan has been selected to continue to deliver Ordnance Survey’s Code-Point with polygons® dataset for the next three years. This product is updated on a quarterly basis and is a fair representation of Postcode unit boundaries for Great Britain.

We are proud of the fact that we have held the contract to deliver this product for the last 10 years, and we will continue to do so. We have developed a very high service level approach, and this has enabled all of our clients, including the Ordnance Survey, to be able to reach any member of the team at any point of the product or service lifecycle.

We have an excellent track record in terms of performance, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. For this particular contract we demonstrated our capabilities by enhancing the tessellation techniques applied and in doing so, further increased the quality of the product deliverable. This, amongst other factors, provided Ordnance Survey with confidence in our ability to deliver consistently right first time and deliver on our promises.
