There were two key tasks that Cement Manufacturer needed to address:
To look at its customer base across all business sectors, reviewing the volume, profitability and production units.
And, when opening or closing plants, they needed to look at ‘what if’ scenarios relating to customer servicing ability from the new plant.
GeoAnalyser was used to display its outlet data with a simple bi-variate hot/cold legend for volume and profitability.
Different slices of the data were taken by business sector and source works to highlight anomalies where an improvement needed to be made in profitability or service.
